FIVE ARTISTS

The current FIVE consists of UK based silversmiths Angela Cork, Jessica Jue, Ane Christensen, Hamish Dobbie and Sheng Zhang. We are a diverse mix of exciting emerging and mid-career makers representing a cross section of generations and backgrounds and yet many things unite us. We are silversmiths with a shared ethos evolving around precision and fine craftsmanship, who apply contemporary ideas to traditional materials and techniques and challenge the preconceptions and expectations of tradition, value, and the use of silver.
